Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as required, such as preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
