Job Title: Clinical SAS Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical SAS Programmer to join our team at Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned SAS programmer to work on complex statistical programming projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SAS programs for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including CDISC SDTM and ADaM principles.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAS technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical programming in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or contract research industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/STAT, and other SAS technologies.
  • Experience with CDISC data structures, relational databases, and good clinical practice principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with creating PK datasets and outputs, generating datasets for PK analysis, and working in SAS Grid environment.
  • Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Studio.
  • Experience with leading studies and working in clinical phases I, II, III, and IV.
