We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Medical team at RN-Staff. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with various medical conditions, including wound care and IV administration.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure in good standing in the state of California.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- CLS required within one year of hire date.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and respectfully, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Physical RequirementsThe successful candidate will be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Ability to lift 50 lbs is required.
