At Spa St Tropez, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spa Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Spa Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide 5-star customer service
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
  • Provide guidance and support to guests on services and products offered by our spa
  • Handle telephone inquiries and respond to guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Lift packages up to 25lbs and walk up 1 flight of stairs as required
