About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Sciences Account Development Representative to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our commercial engagement partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate healthcare professionals and oncology practices on FDA-approved labels, indications, clinical data, safety, and key messages to support patient identification and treatment expedite
  • Demonstrate passion and compassion for metastatic or unresectable melanoma
  • Bailey therapy expertise based on thorough understanding of rigorous scientific principles and data, including indication, efficacy, and safety
  • Understand and apply knowledge of healthcare industry trends, applicable laws and regulations, market conditions, and market access environment, analyzing these factors in daily execution of interactions with HCPs within compliance guidelines
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs office staff and others in the patient care continuum
Requirements
  • 2+ years of current or previous nursing experience
  • Oncology, metastatic melanoma experience, and/or cell therapy experience preferred
  • BSN or equivalent preferred
  • Previous clinical education, pharmaceutical sales, and/or field reimbursement preferred
