Fountain House, a leader in mental health services, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Program Manager to join our team.

This role is a key part of our organization, playing a vital role in helping individuals with mental illness achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Job Summary:

The Therapeutic Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our social practice program, ensuring that all elements of the program are available to our members and that our social practitioners have the support, training, and supervision they need to provide high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social practice, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the social practice program, including member engagement, social design, and relationship development.
  • Support and develop a therapeutic community based on social practice and the International Standards for Clubhouse Programs.
  • Supervise and mentor social practitioners, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to provide excellent services.
  • Manage the program's budget, data collection, and scope of service requirements.
  • Coordinate schedules, responsibilities, caseloads, and evaluations of social practitioners.
  • Ensure the meaningful participation of the program in supporting the clubhouse community and the overall mission of Fountain House.
  • Actively participate in programmatic decision-making forums and maintain compliance with government agency requirements and company policies.
  • Promote and support the clubhouse community and social practice internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of Leadership Accelerated Program or 3 years outside supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated mastery of the techniques of social practice.
  • A thorough understanding of social practice and the Clubhouse model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Awards, and Outlook).
