- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous leadership experience and strong maintenance background preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. with or without accommodation.
