Mountain Recreation Metropolitan District is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Birthday Party Host to join our team. As a Birthday Party Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun and exciting environment for our participants and staff alike. This is a part-time, year-round position that requires working Saturdays and/or Sundays, 11am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and provide positive customer service to all party guests.
• Prepare and decorate party areas with balloons, signs, and streamers.
• Assist guests in serving food, party favors, and other tasks.
• Ensure the safety of children while in our care and report any problems with equipment or toys to the supervisor.
• Monitor party areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain accountability for all attendees/children.
• Entertain children with creative activities, games, and other fun tasks.
• Provide information to the public on facility operations and recreation programs.
• Ensure safety of patrons in the facility and assist in emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of age or older.
• High school graduation or equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Previous volunteer or work experience providing care for infants, toddlers, and children, preferably in a professional setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
