Job Description

The Millennium Group seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who can effectively manage the clinical fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Fulfillment Management: Oversee the entire clinical fulfillment process, from receipt of orders to shipment of final products.
  • Lead Support: Collaborate closely with the Lead to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Shipping & Mailing: Coordinate shipping and mailing of outbound letters, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Reporting & Updates: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Work Review & Recommendations: Conduct thorough reviews of work completed and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Formatting & Design: Ensure all printed materials are professionally formatted and visually appealing.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in print manufacturing, preferably in a clinical fulfillment role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as experience with SharePoint.

About The Opportunity:
