Job Description

As a Laundry Attendant - Housekeeping Associate with ROSEWOOD LODGING COMPANY LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's laundry facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of quality in every aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and process dirty linens in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate washing machines and dryers, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Store and manage clean linens, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including mopping floors and cleaning equipment.
  • Follow proper OSHA/HAZCOM procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending and lifting. You will be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, as well as hazardous materials. It is essential to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to work in a team environment.
