Job Title: Rollingstock Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Rollingstock Control Engineer to join our team at Teoresi, Inc. in the United States.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and verifying a fault detection system for the vehicle manufacturer. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a CBTC signalling system including onboard, ground-based, and operational control subsystems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and V&V leaders to ensure the system meets the specified requirements and safety integrity level.
  • Identify and report anomalies during static, dynamic, and simulated testing, and proactively address them.
  • Define the system architecture according to the specified requirements and safety integrity level.
  • Review and verify the project to guarantee that the functionalities and performances of the requirements are achieved.
  • Work in an AGILE team and scrum framework.
  • Ensure a safety-first focus for all project activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in railway subsystems or system integration.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate.
Location:

Pittsburgh, Chicago, Troy, Cleveland, or Austin.

Employment Type:
