About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. As a Solution Center Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and optimizing various technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote sessions;
  • Performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, laptop and desktop hardware, Anti-Virus, Email Security, and Microsoft 365 Applications;
  • Collaborating with Level 1 engineers to escalate complex issues and provide guidance on technical resolutions;
  • Logging accurate and detailed notes within our ticketing system to ensure seamless client communication and issue tracking;
  • Configuring and troubleshooting issues related to various technologies, including but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, laptop and desktop hardware, Anti-Virus, Email Security, and Microsoft 365 Applications;

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
