Job Summary

The Floral Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining floral arrangements that meet the high standards of Wynn Las Vegas. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create floral arrangements for various events and occasions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the floral cooler and storage areas
  • Process and receive fresh floral product, culling and sanitizing as needed
  • Prepare props and containers for events and displays
  • Deliver retail orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in floral design preferred
  • Valid Nevada driver's license required
  • Ability to operate specialized power and motorized equipment
  • Prior knowledge of GoConcierge, MMS Agilysys, and HotSOS systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
