Join Physicians East, a multi-specialty group based in Greenville, NC, as a Registered Nurse I, Supervisor in our Obstetrics & Gynecology department.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to supervise our clinical staff and provide high-quality patient care in our Obstetrics & Gynecology department. As a Registered Nurse I, Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients, assisting providers with office visits and procedures, and supervising clinical staff.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurement, health history, and medication administration.
- Assist providers with office visits, physical exams, and in-office procedures.
- Supervise clinical staff, including precepting new hires and attesting to competencies.
- Perform delegated procedures, including wound care, catheterizations, and injections.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to department and office policies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered with NCBON and in good standing.
- Experience in electronic medical records (EMR/HER) software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen and observe.
