Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective relationships with patients, families, and significant others to facilitate the development of unique care plans that address their specific needs and preferences.
  • Utilize the nursing process to collect assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnoses, determine expected patient outcomes, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout their hospital stay.
  • Educate patients and their families about measures that promote health, prevent illness, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions that support optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure.
  • No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
