Powerline Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Centuri Group, Inc. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a crew of construction workers and overseeing the completion of electrical services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of construction workers and ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the safety and quality of work performed by crew members.
• Manage equipment and materials to ensure efficient project completion.
• Work with employees, customers, and the public to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Follow all safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate time and material records.
• Complete required company training, including safety training.
• Perform administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical services industry required.
• OSHA Competent Person Certified.
• Experience leading a crew.
• Experience reviewing plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements.
• CDL license or ability to acquire CDL permit within 60 days of hire.

Work Environment:

Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions. All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English. Work includes prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling. Work is performed within the "red zone" of heavy equipment. Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Legal Requirements:

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens.
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify.
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card.
