Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, coordinating training and education, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage clinical staff, including hiring, staffing, discipline, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Observe and provide feedback on the practice of clinical staff to ensure appropriate patient care and adherence to quality measures.
  • Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Investigate patient complaints and involve other staff as needed.
  • Ensure proper usage of the electronic health record and provide individual professional advice and support to clinical staff.
  • Travel to assigned sites for training and implementation of processes.
  • Participate in the development of new and/or enhancement of existing policies, procedures, and programs to improve accuracy and quality of patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas; multi-state license preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
