We are seeking a dynamic and experienced public health professional to fill the role of Research Associate at our Center for Innovative Public Health Research in San Clemente. Our team focuses on understanding how technology affects youth, particularly LGBT+ youth, while identifying ways to promote healthy behaviors.

As a Research Associate, you will contribute to various research activities, including designing social media campaigns, promoting participant retention, supporting IRB submissions, and creating engaging content for our organization's social media presence.

This is an in-office position requiring you to be local to Orange County and commute to our office Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. Some nights and weekends may be necessary based on study needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Public Health or a related field, with experience working with LGBT+ populations and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with generous health insurance coverage and 403b matching.
