Job Description

As a Senior Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions and providing critical care interventions as needed. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide critical care interventions, including medication administration and cardiac rhythm management
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on telemetry care. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting is required, along with current licensure and certification in New York State.
