Job Summary

El Centro Family Health is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to support our clinical team in preparing and processing laboratory specimens, maintaining records, and providing support in the diagnosis of illness.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process laboratory specimens for testing.
  2. Maintain accurate records relative to laboratory testing.
  3. Provide support in the diagnosis of illness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a laboratory technician.
  • Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR); Basic Life Support (BLS).

Competency: Required at end of Introductory Period and annually thereafter.
