Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing clinical operations, and collaborating with our physician practice manager to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage clinical operations, including personnel selection and performance reviews
- Develop and implement short- and long-term goals for the office-based clinic
- Evaluate and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Maintain a strong working relationship with hospital physicians and staff
- Manage clinic budgets, including salary, capital expenditures, and operating expenses
- Participate in medical staff meetings and activities
- At least three years of independent medical practice experience
- Appropriate skills and training for a private physician in family medicine
- Good computer skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as necessary

This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee, within our Williamson Health Medical Group locations.
Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year.
