Expert Contract Negotiator

Korn Ferry, a global leader in organizational consulting, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Attorney to join our In-house Legal Team on a contract basis. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Review and negotiate commercial contracts, protecting company interests and mitigating risks.
- Interface with internal clients to ensure contract terms reflect agreed business requirements and comply with company policies.
- Support other corporate legal resources as needed, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the team.
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines. Your expertise in commercial contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation is essential, with 5+ years of experience in this field preferred. Proficiency in using DocuSign CLM or similar contract management tools is also a plus.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Law (JD) and licensed attorney in North America.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a good listener.
- Able to build rapport and trust within the legal team and with internal clients.
