We are seeking a skilled Mazda Service Expert to join our team at Mike Bass Ford in Sheffield Village, Ohio. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest level of quality service for our Mazda customers.

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on Mazda vehicles with precision and efficiency.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues to ensure accurate solutions.
• Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to identify potential problems.
• Completing work orders and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards to maintain a secure working environment.

• Holding valid certification as a Mazda Technician is essential for this role.
• Prior experience working with Mazda vehicles is highly desirable.
• Demonstrating strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Showcasing excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
