Job Overview

The Regional Nurse role at Everas Community Services is a dynamic opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively with a team to provide high-quality medical support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor the health needs of clients to ensure their well-being and safety
  • Review medical referrals and interview potential clients to determine eligibility for Everas services
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) to develop and implement effective medical care plans
  • Coordinate medical services to enable individuals to live safely and successfully in their communities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Valid NJ Driver's License
  • Current certification/licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR and CMT certification
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
