Business Development Director

This role requires relocation to Boston, MA for a training period lasting up to 90 days. The ideal candidate is a top performer with outside sales experience and the ability to engage C-level executives in technical conversations.
Job Description- Drive revenue growth for assigned accounts
- Execute full-lifecycle sales activities to close new business and exceed goals
- Foster strong relationships with prospects and subject matter experts through regular engagement
The successful SAE will possess skills and work ethic aligned with our values of grit, results, initiative, passion, positivity, teamwork, and curiosity.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record exceeding sales goals
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Able to generate discovery meetings with target accounts and navigate complex technical content
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a quota-driven environment
