Demolition Technician

Arrowmark LLC is seeking a skilled Demolition Technician to assist with various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition techniques and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Foreman with daily tasks and duties.
• Conduct general demolition tasks, including breaking structures and loading/unloading materials.
• Operate drills, hammers, and electrical saws to safely demolish structures.
• Load, push, and unload wheelbarrows with heavy loads.
• Lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• May be required to work overtime.
• Regular and consistent attendance is essential.
• Value a teamwork environment and have a positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction demolition
• Ability to read, listen to, and follow instructions
• Ability to read plans and delegate tasks to laborers
• This is a safety-sensitive position; the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and basic physical requirements are necessary.
• Some assignments may require additional screening, such as background checks and/or additional drug screenings.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend and stoop for long periods of time.
• May be subject to twisting, reaching, kneeling, and lifting.
• May be subject to exposure to extreme weather conditions, including cold and heat.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
