Salary
The estimated salary for this full-time position ranges from $55,000 - $65,000, depending on skills and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may also be eligible for quarterly bonuses, which could increase your overall compensation potential to up to $85,000.
Job Description
This Business Development Representative role is critical to driving ePac's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and conversion. You will work closely with our existing sales team to achieve revenue targets focused on the small-sized customer segments throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Engage in outbound calling to initiate contact with prospects.
- Independently identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate flexible packaging solutions.
- Closed sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software systems and other tools to streamline sales processes, track performance, and analyze data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and address potential issues or challenges that may arise in the sales process.
