Job Title: Security Manager Sr

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager Sr to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our security efforts and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data, systems, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple teams focused on maintaining the security of our data, systems, and networks.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance policies and procedures to improve the operation and effectiveness of our security program.
  • Provide technical and professional advice or knowledge regarding various administrative areas of responsibility.
  • Oversee and manage administrative staff, providing professional and personal growth and development to individuals as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of industry-relevant experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility.
  • Experience with security technologies, such as access control, disaster recovery planning, and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of organization, planning, and IT standards, procedures, and policies.
