Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Refresh Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our network transformation project, you will be responsible for deploying network equipment and ensuring smooth cutover processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy network equipment at state agency locations
  • Collaborate with the NOC to remove existing equipment, install, turn up, and test new equipment
  • Document installation processes and communicate effectively with PMs and NOC teams
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience installing Cisco network equipment in live environments
  • Familiarity with basic cabling standards and terminations
  • Knowledge of VoIP is a plus
Working Conditions

You will be part of a 15-member technician team, working on sites ranging from small to large office locations. You may work independently or with others depending on the site size.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
