Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated at $15 per hour, with competitive pay and a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. Additionally, you can enjoy paid time off and holiday pay to recharge and be your best at work.



About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our participants and assist them with their personal care needs. This includes helping with daily activities such as hygiene and meal preparation.



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and adaptability skills. Experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred but not required. You must also have a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
