Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Protection Specialist to join our team at MSCCN. This role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of clients' assets and people, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with experience in patrol, inspection, and response services. They will be responsible for training and coaching security officers, reviewing post orders, and submitting reports as required.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and take corrective action
  • Provide training and coaching to security officers to enhance their skills and performance
  • Review and update post orders to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Submit reports on incidents, injuries, and other relevant information
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Working Conditions

This role requires working in various environments, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor settings. The successful candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment and may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain situations.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
