Job Description

As a Mountain Sports Coach, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching group and private lessons for all ages
  • Providing exceptional guest service to individuals with varying ability levels and backgrounds
  • Serving as an ambassador for the resort and its sports
  • Introducing newcomers to skiing and snowboarding, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise
  • Assisting guests in progressing their skills on snow
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong guest service mindset and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen sense of safe practices and ethical behavior
  • The ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in skiing and/or snowboarding in various weather conditions
