Retail Custodian

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Custodian to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and associates. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to spills and other incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, and reporting any maintenance issues to management.
• Respond to spills and other incidents in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing disruptions to our operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to our members and associates.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
