Job Summary: Opportunity Village is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our resource development department, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating philanthropic opportunities aligned with our organization's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain corporate relationships through sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new philanthropic opportunities to support our mission.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Ensure stewardship and reporting requirements are met to sustain successful partnerships.
  • Account for annual revenue objectives and work collaboratively with other resource development staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, business administration, social sciences).
  • Experience with donor database software (e.g., Donor Perfect).
  • Knowledge of local market a plus.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
