Job Summary

The Client Support position plays a vital role in assisting employer groups with their healthcare options. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Client Consultants and brokers to resolve problems, answer questions, and coordinate internal setup of healthcare/benefit changes. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in managing the internal aspects of the group renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the internal aspects of the group renewal process.
  • Act as the liaison to employer groups and brokers on behalf of HAMP Client Consultants in their absence.
  • Work with other departments to order various usage reports and attend implementation meetings with Sales and Operational staff.
  • Coordinate information gathering and flow to our value-added partners.
  • Manage materials and supplies for on-site employee presentations.
  • Work within the Salesforce tool to manage account management and retention of current and new business.
  • Provide support for standardized and ad-hoc reporting, RFP process, and completion.
  • Service groups and brokers for all markets, including Health Alliance Core, HANW, and FCC business.
  • Assist with prospective broker contracting and handling initial points of contact.
  • Main point of contact to provide status updates and assist with certification questions, trainings, and portal access.
Requirements
  • One year of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a pleasant, positive, and professional attitude.
