Job SummaryThis role involves working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care to patients. As an LPN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessment findings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
- Licenses/Certifications: LPN license in good standing
- Education: Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Please note that Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
