Job Title: Admissions Director - Community Relations

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Director - Community Relations to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, developing and implementing marketing and outreach plans, and analyzing referral data to inform marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach plans to increase referrals and center census
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, psychologists, diagnostic centers, and community organizations
  • Analyze referral data to inform marketing efforts and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other management to identify and qualify potential new services to meet customer needs
  • Comply with policies and professional standards, and act independently and responsibly to perform duties on a consistent basis
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of admissions or marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel locally and safely operate a vehicle
