* Provide efficient and effective patient care through practice and communication with patients and other staff
* Assess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and education
* Coordinate care plan for patients to ensure best outcomes
* Follow policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures
* Work independently under supervision to implement care goals for patients

**Qualifications:**
* BLS and ACLS
* National Institutes of Health (NIH)
* Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
* Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
* The ability to stand for extended periods
* Strong technical skills
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Passionate about patient care
* Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Oncology experience
* Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
* Active unencumbered RN Arizona state license
* One year of Epic experience
**Requirements:**
* COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster

* Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills
* Participates in relevant continuing education programs
* Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients
* Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise
* A can-do, team-oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital
* Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks
