Administrative Clerk

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Accounting Assistant to support our team at HORIZON BUSINESS SUPPORT LLC in West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently. A strong background in accounting principles and practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and files
- Preparing and processing financial transactions and reports
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience) with benefits including holiday pay, personal time off, and a retirement plan with company match.
