We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at MRG Exams in Chillicothe, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work with United States Veterans and contribute to their healthcare journey.

Job Summary

In this role, you will perform medical assessments on 3-5 Veterans daily, conducting in-person physical exams and reviewing electronic medical records. Your primary responsibility will be to complete examinations without making disability determinations. You will work closely with the United States Veterans Administration to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday. The role requires independent time management skills, as you will be responsible for completing examinations and documenting findings within a set timeframe. All work will be performed in a clinical setting, where you will have access to modern equipment and technology.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. You should also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using computer software is essential for this position.

Benefits and Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Health insurance options are available, and a computer will be provided. Typical days involve working with 3-5 patients, providing you with a manageable workload and allowing for efficient completion of tasks.
