Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one therapeutic treatment and care to patients in various settings, including homecare. Your comprehensive patient-specific care plans will promote the health and independence of our clients.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery, establish treatment plans, and use various methods, including exercise, stretching maneuvers, and hands-on therapy, to ease their pain and improve mobility.

You will track and document treatments, responses, and progress, reevaluate and redefine therapeutic goals, and develop new treatment plans as necessary. You will also recommend and fit patients for assistive devices, provide training for patients and caregivers, and maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, and strong understanding of patient care and medical terminology. Experience in acute care, orthopedics, and pediatrics is preferred, as well as knowledge of trigger point therapy and anatomy.

This is a part-time PRN position, with varying hours available, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. Candidates must have a strong ability to create and implement effective care plans, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
