Dental Laboratory Craftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Dentists to ensure patient satisfaction through expert denture fabrication and repair services.
• Oversee Your Own Laboratory, managing laboratory supply orders and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Fabricate Dentures from start to finish, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver high-quality results.
• Complete Prosthetic Repairs, relines, and re-bases, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Work with the Dental Team for exceptional patient care, fostering strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with the dental team and patients.
• Experience with Denture Fabrication, including expertise in denture design, fabrication, and repair.
• Ability to Pass a Hands-On Skill Assessment, demonstrating your technical proficiency and adaptability.
• Commitment to Ongoing Learning, staying up-to-date with the latest dental lab technology and techniques.
• Dental Lab Technology Training, an asset in this role.

Aspen Dental practices are independently owned and operated, with a commitment to equality and diversity in hiring. Our estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
