Business Development Executive

**Drive Business Growth with McKinstry's Expertise**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth through developing and deploying market penetration strategies, identifying and winning new opportunities, and providing excellent client management and deal structuring skills. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, with a proven ability to develop and deploy market penetration strategies, identify and win new opportunities, and provide excellent client management and deal structuring skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $114,210 - $183,255 per year, with a bonus potential as part of the compensation package. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan, paid time off and holidays, comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out-of-pocket maximums.
In this role, you will support business development by traveling to attend sales presentations, developing presentations, and any other requirements to achieve Renewable Energy awards and sales. You will work closely with internal teams, including senior leadership, business development, engineering, construction, legal, project finance departments, and external parties to identify, pursue, and develop Renewable Energy projects that maximize client value and minimize risk to McKinstry.
This role requires strong experience in a consultative, complex, solution selling role, with a proven ability to develop and deploy market penetration strategies, identify and win new opportunities, and provide excellent client management and deal structuring skills. The role will require travel nationally based on the needs of the organization up to 30%+, and the ability to have fun and maintain a healthy work/life balance.
