UPMC Susquehanna, Anesthesia Department in Williamsport, PA is seeking a full-time CRNA for our weekend shift. The ideal candidate will support a two-week schedule with 72-hour weekend shifts every other weekend, working from Friday at 7A to Monday at 7A.

The successful candidate will have no call requirements and work IN-HOUSE on the weekends. They will also be responsible for covering holidays that fall on their scheduled weekend shift. This position offers a 0.9 paid FTE and a 5% APR bonus eligible after 9 months.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families. A Master's degree in nurse anesthesia or a related field is preferred, along with board certification and eligibility for ACLS/PALS certifications.

This role requires the following qualifications and certifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Board Certified, Recertified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • CPR certification based on AHA standards
  • ACLS/PALS certifications as required by the institution
