RN Staff Hosp Specialist

Overview: Blount Memorial Hospital seeks a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Endoscopy Department. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
About the Role: As an RN Staff Hosp Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care during endoscopy procedures. Your duties will include assisting physicians, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth pre-, intra-, and post-procedural experience for patients. You will also be required to work variable hours, including on-call shifts.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Tennessee State licensure as a Registered Nurse
- One year of acute care experience
- CPR and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an endoscopy lab or similar setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical skills and operational knowledge of endoscopy equipment
