Mental Health Clinician

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Clinician II – LCSW/LPC for our Outpatient program in Newark, NJ.
Job Description:We are committed to delivering high-quality care through a multi-disciplinary approach. Our Outpatient Program provides treatment and support to adults, children, and adolescents experiencing mental illness, behavioral, emotional or social problems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial intakes/assessments.
- Carry a caseload, providing individual, couples, family, or group counseling/therapy sessions, consult with staff psychiatrist, and make appropriate referrals as needed.
- Develop individual recovery plans with clients.
- Function as part of the OPD Team.
- Maintain collateral contacts with other providers in the community on behalf of clients.
- Make appropriate referrals as needed.
- Prepare documents in compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Mental Health related field and be currently licensed/validly certified as an LCSW/LPC in New Jersey.
