Professional Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Professional Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Perfect Placement Group, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with customers within a specific geographic territory.

As a Professional Territory Sales Representative, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hardscaping and landscaping industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven and motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Based on national averages and considering the cost of living in Schertz, TX, we estimate the total compensation for this role to be around $75,000 per year.
