We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our DDS Program team model, where you will establish open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will actively promote the philosophy of the DDS Program, maintaining a high level of commitment to the program.

You will respect the dignity of each individual through vigorous promotion of their human and civil rights, striving to keep people free from abuse or neglect while valuing and respecting ethnic and cultural diversity. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting clients in enhancing their ADL skills through practical experience and training
  • Promoting the right of individuals with intellectual disabilities to exercise choice and make meaningful decisions
  • Ensuring adequate services and flexible resources are provided by qualified personnel to meet individual needs and preferences
  • Providing client care and safety, observing all safety measures, and responding to emergencies when necessary

In this role, you will interact with clients to assess their needs, provide information, discuss problems, set limits, and encourage growth and development. You will empower individuals and their families to speak out for themselves and others, initiate ideas, have choices, and make decisions about needed supports.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, pet insurance, paid vacations, holidays, discretionary days, mileage reimbursement, career growth opportunities, culturally diverse population, student loan forgiveness eligibility, and clinical licensing support.
