Job Summary

To provide high-quality clinical neurodiagnostic testing for interpretation by a pediatric neurophysiologist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing electroencephalogram testing within the guidelines of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society on patients ranging in age from newborn to 21 years of age. You will also provide care with consideration of patient's age, diagnosis, psycho-social characteristics, and family stressors that affect ability to understand or retain instructions.

Responsibilities

Performs electroencephalogram testing within the guidelines of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society on patients ranging in age from newborn to 21 years of age.
Provides care with consideration of patient's age, diagnosis, psycho-social characteristics, and family stressors that affect ability to understand or retain instructions.
Maintain service excellence in all aspects of neurophysiology lab operations.
Maintains efficient operations of the neurophysiology laboratory.
Demonstrates commitment to teamwork, quality improvement, and learning.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience.
Experience in a clinical role is preferred.
Student experience gained through the Neurodiagnostic program is accepted.
Currently enrolled in or a graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic program preferred.
Registry Eligible EEG Preferred.
