Corporate Transactional Lawyer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Transactional Lawyer to join our team in the North American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on transactional matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multi-national environment.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and provide advice on various transactional matters within a multi-national environment.
- Be the primary point of contact in the North American region for one or more of HBF's Global Business Units, while continuing to provide support to the other GBU/s as needed.
- Act as a pro-active, additional legal point of contact generally for the business and functions.
- Participate in business meetings to bridge with other teams and to gain awareness of the business needs, evolution and idiosyncrasies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of relevant experience.
- Admitted as a lawyer in at least one state (MN preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of transactional legal experience, including commercial contract agreement review and drafting.
- Working knowledge of research databases: Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis or similar and the Internet.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $114,800 - $150,000 per year, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
